Customer service
We know how critical it is to know the status of your product, and be in a position to provide answers to your customers, accordingly, our Customer Service Manager is available to facilitate queries that you may have in relation to your consignment, along with the operations managers and administrative team.
We are able to track consignments through our system, and will respond immediately to any query you may have, and will endeavour to keep you informed during an inquiry.
Where contact is required out of normal business hours for urgent communication or emergency, our operations staff have mobile phones to ensure that queries are actioned at any time.
Our guarantee is that we will care for your customers and your products as though they were our own.
